I had a hump nose and even rhinitis, so because of the strong-looking impression and functional discomfort, I got nose surgery. I worked hard to look into clinics because I wanted to transform into a more refined, masculine image while also resolving the functional aspects. While going to consultations, I chose a place where I felt both cosmetic and functional goals could be satisfied, slightly refined the hump, proceeded without an implant, and had the nasal tip operated on using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. After surgery, the functional part has been resolved to the point that I now feel, so this is how comfortable breathing can be, and the nose shape is not bumpy...
