Review after 2 years with an autologous dermis nose

It was my first nose surgery, and I had it done in the winter of 2021, so it has now been a little over 2 years. I had it done together with surgery for deviated septum at a university hospital. For the nasal bridge, they shaved the hump and corrected the crooked nose, then used autologous dermis. For the nasal tip, they used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I think about half of the dermis remains, and the scar where the dermis was harvested remains quite a lotㅠ The nasal tip was raised a bit compared to my original nose, so maybe because of that, it sometimes gets red and I also have symptoms of the cartilage showing throughㅠ I’m scared to have surgery again, so I’m just living with it, but personally I don’t think it was a successful surgery. My current satisfaction is about 60.
