My nasal tip looked like a hooked nose when I smiled, so I only had the nasal tip done using ear cartilage. The doctor was very kind and seemed to pursue a natural look. I went ahead because I thought a private clinic would be safe, but thinking about it now, it does feel expensive considering I only slightly raised the nasal tip. Still, there are no side effects, and even though I had open surgery, there isn’t a single scar haha
