Hello, this is a fresh 3-month nose surgery review. It feels like just yesterday that I wrote my 1-month post, but time really flies. I absolutely wanted a natural-looking nose shape, and I explained my wishes and the nose shape I wanted to the doctor. I had silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and columellar lengthening together, for a total of 3.5 million won, and I did not have rhinitis surgery separately. After the splint was removed, around week 2, I felt like it might be slightly high, but after 3 months passed, it became the nose shape I wanted while truly no one can tell I had surgery…
