Ha, the nose I inherited was super wide and even had a hump, so I thought it would be a difficult nose to operate on, but it turned out better than expected I had my primary surgery at ㅁㅇㅌ using autologous costal cartilage from the start, and I think I got a natural-but-glam line. Right after surgery, in the very early stage, I almost went crazy because of the swelling, but as time passed, a lot of the residual swelling went down and it did start settling into place, for real.
