Over 10 years ago, I had rhinoplasty at another hospital using an L-shaped silicone implant, but looking at it now, the bridge of my nose looked way too obviously operated on, and the shape of the nasal tip was really strange. On top of that, my nasal obstruction was severe, so both sides of my nose were blocked, which was really uncomfortable.
