Revision Nasal Tip Surgery Review (Removal of Intranasal Cartilage and Foreign Materials)

I went to get Botox, but since the weather had gotten dry, blood was showing again through the cartilage inside my nose, so I unexpectedly had a consultation with the director. Because the first surgery was botched, my septum became deviated and I developed rhinitis that I never had before. The material used to fill the step-off on the nasal bridge was expected to be a foreign material such as mesh Medpor, but it turned out to be MegaDerm artificial dermis. During the dissection process, the adhesions were too severe and the skin had become thin, increasing the risk of necrosis, so the director dissected out as much MegaDerm as was feasible, remodeled the area, and reinforced it with a small amount of donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Since it was a clinic with one director, from the surgical consent form to going home, I received care so close it felt like having a personal cameraman, and during both follow-up treatments, the director personally did the nasal suction irrigation, ear disinfection, and dressing...
