I Successfully Revised My Very Low Nose Into a Refined Shape

I had rhinoplasty before using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but honestly my nose was so low to begin with that I had hoped simply correcting the low nasal dorsum would be enough. Even that change was unchanged, and the bridge was so low that no one would believe I had rhinoplasty—my nose looked so undercorrected, almost as if it had not been done at all. So I ended up having revision surgery at the clinic. It has been three months since the revision rhinoplasty there. I wanted to do it with autologous costal cartilage because I felt the line would fall neatly and cleanly to the tip. But the surgeon said that with autologous costal cartilage, they would also lower the low-nose correction and the short columella, and shape the whole nose into a small, low but sharply defined form…
