The nose I had surgery on over 10 years ago had a drooping nasal tip, and I didn't like the shape either, so while looking into revision surgery, I found a clinic that was good at creating the shape I wanted and had revision surgery there. I had the surgery in April this year, and I also had rhinitis surgery at the same time. So far, I'm very satisfied with the shape, and although the rhinitis isn't completely cured, it has improved a lot.
