If cartilage is tied too tightly, can the nostrils become uneven??

I had nasal tip surgery with an open approach, but I don’t know if they stitched it in the wrong position when closing, because my nostrils are severely uneven. In a way, it also feels like the cartilage was tied too tightly to one side, so my left nasal ala looks pressed down. I’m so upset I feel like I’m going crazy. If they had just paid a little more attention and done the surgery carefully, I wouldn’t be this depressed. This was my third surgery, so I thought about it so much, and in the end I even removed the silicone and only had the nasal tip done, but sadness is coming over me again. My nostrils are uneven and the columella is leaning to one side too... It’s only been about 10 days, but there’s almost no swelling. That makes me worry even more, because I can’t blame it on swelling. Is there anyone like me?? Once the swelling goes down completely, will the pressed nasal ala open back up?
