Revision rhinoplasty with donated costal cartilage

When I first had my nose surgery, the focus was on making it look very natural, so it didn’t look like I had surgery at all. But as time passed, the nasal tip gradually started to droop. Because the columella was positioned low, my nose started to look like Squidward’s nose, and it was so stressful. I was very dissatisfied with the shape of my nose, so I had revision surgery this time. Since the director specializes only in noses, they shaped it really well.
