I was actually pretty stressed because my nose was low and had no presence, so my face looked like it had no dimension at all. I wanted to add some depth, and I figured nose surgery would probably be the fastest way. I did want a straight nose, but honestly, I also didn’t want it to look too obviously operated on, and I felt like that might not suit me either, so I wanted to have surgery for the most natural-looking nose possible. When I looked at reviews, Miho seemed to do surgeries in the kind of style I had in mind, so I went for a consultation. I showed them review photos that I liked, and during the consultation, the director said my nose skin/soft tissue was on the tight side...
