Even though I had revision rhinoplasty twice, my nasal tip was still pointy and my nasal bridge was uneven, so I ended up having my third revision rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic. The pointiness was one thing, but the nasal tip was so crooked that when I lifted my nose and looked, the axis was completely offㅜㅜ The goal of this revision surgery was to make the pointy nasal tip look natural in proportion to my face. I also wanted functional surgery at the same time to improve nasal obstruction. It has been about a month since the surgery now, and the pointy shape has improved naturally, and the axis being shifted to one side…
