It’s been a little over a month since I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery. While getting the revision rhinoplasty, I was honestly really worried when I heard they would use autologous costal cartilage, but after actually going through it, the pain was better than I expected and it didn’t interfere much with daily life. It was a bit uncomfortable for about a week, but it was to the point where I thought, “Ah, this is manageable.” They used autologous costal cartilage and fixed it in 4 layers, so I don’t think I’ll have to worry about another revision surgery. The best part was that the amount of nostril show was noticeably reduced. When I look at my old photos, my nostrils showed too much and it stressed me out …
