I had surgery with Director Park Jung-heum at Mighty Plastic Surgery Clinic. My nasal bridge was originally fine, but my nasal tip was too low, so I had only the nasal tip and mid-nose operated on with autologous costal cartilage, without an implant. It was my first surgery. When I had consultations elsewhere, they kept trying to add things, like telling me to get silicone or alar reduction, etc. But this director honestly told me that alar reduction can look unnatural on men and that I didn’t need silicone, and so on, so I got the feeling that he was conscientious.
