I had tried filler before and also had Hiko, but in the end, I think the answer is surgery. With filler, the shape doesn’t come out well, and with Hiko, the nasal tip drops too quickly, so I really don’t recommend it. If I could go back, I think I would skip all of that and look into surgery right away. Since I went such a long way around before getting surgery, it feels a bit exhausting too. I had rhinoplasty a month ago, and since I said from the time I booked the consultation that I wanted it without implants, they didn’t use silicone during surgery, and I also had costal cartilage done with autologous costal cartilage.
