After non-incisional facial liposuction, I had to take photos, so I needed to reduce the swelling quickly. I think the most effective thing was walking and running for 1 hour. At first, for 20-30 minutes, I walked and ran, running only as long as I could, then walking until I could run again, and repeating that. For the remaining 30 minutes, I walked slowly. On days when I didn’t want to run, I just walked continuously for 1 hour. I think massaging while showering with hot water also helped reduce the lumpiness and bruising.
