I feel like my nasal tip was made way too high, so I want it to drop a bit. It is day 15, but it is still so tight and high. How much more will it come down? Will the philtrum area also go in a bit as the swelling goes down? The part of the philtrum that connects to the columella is protruding forward, but it will go in, right?
