How long does it usually last Every time I swallow, it feels like pressure builds up inside my nose, my nose pulls a bit, and there's a sound coming from the inner space at the back of my throat and behind my nose, like when rhinitis is bad. Is that normal? It's only day 4 now, but I get anxious every time I swallow for no reason.
