I’m on day 8 after under-eye fat repositioning right now. Rather than dark circles, my complaint was that the fat under my eyes protruded, so my aegyo-sal didn’t show, and the bulging area acted like a reflector. For my Indian lines, I emphasized aegyo-sal a lot to the director and had the surgery. But they said the swelling would go down quickly, yet so far it feels less like the fat was repositioned and more like only the hollow area was filled in, and even the 45-degree cheekbone area is slightly puffyㅠㅠ Because of that, my cheekbones look wide and my midface looks longㅠㅠ I thought the fat under the aegyo-sal would go down and the aegyo-sal line would become clear, but still…
