My nose was originally small, so they couldn’t raise the nasal tip much, but I still like the line right now. But they raised it with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so I heard there’s a high chance it will come down. Will it come down a lot? I’m deliberately trying not to smile and avoiding actions that could make the nasal tip drop as much as possible ㅠㅠ
