I had nose surgery last Monday using donated rib cartilage and autologous cartilage, so now it’s day 9. Is my nasal tip lifted too much? And even from the front, it looks so pointy that when I smile, it feels like only my nose stands out It’s kind of like a pointy Squidward nose. Could this really be swelling? From the front, the nasal tip also looks extremely droopy, and just in case, I attached a front-view photo from before surgery too. Everyone who knows a lot about noses or has experience with surgery, please leave a comment. Please be really honest with me.
