My upper lip was already curled inward because of orthodontic treatment, but after getting nose surgery, I look like I have an old lady’s lips. It also feels like my philtrum got longer. Once the splint comes off and the swelling goes down, will it look a bit better? I did make an appointment to get lip filler in 2 weeks for now The nasolabial angle also seems slightly large, and I hope it comes down a bit Has anyone felt like their philtrum got longer after rhinoplasty like me? Does it really go back once the swelling goes down?
