It's been 2 weeks since my first nose surgery, so all the stitches have been removed, and I'm being careful and washing my face properly. But every time I apply ointment to the incision area with a cotton swab, a little yellow stuff comes off on it. I don't have any pain or feeling of heat, and there isn't any smell, but is it normal for a little bit to come out from the incision area like this after surgery?
