After I had the splint removed from my nose surgery, my columella looked a bit crooked, so I contacted the clinic, and they said it can be like that for about 1-3 months… So at the time I thought I’d just wait about 2 weeks… but now it has ended up looking like this… What could be the problem… The nasal bridge also looks crooked, and the columella doesn’t seem to line up with my philtrum… I don’t think this is a swelling issue, so I’m asking for advice. If I just go to the clinic, I feel like I’ll be too easily swayed. I used septal cartilage and silicone, and because I have a bulbous nose, I had surgery to lower the nasal tip and surgery on the nasal bridge… Please give me lots of advice…
