It’s been a little over a month since my surgery, and I’ve lost about 4–5 kg. My upper arm circumference was 40 cm before surgery, but when I measured it recently, it came out to 33 cm, so I felt happy and surprised haha Before surgery, I had a lot of fat in other areas too, but my upper arms and thighs had especially more fat. Even when I dieted, my belly fat would go down, but the fat on my upper arms and thighs didn’t come off easilyㅠㅠ So I chose upper arm liposuction, but I didn’t know I’d see this much of an effect.
