I’m 2 weeks post-op after nasal bridge and tip surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and I actually like my nose shape right now. It looks natural I did have little swelling from the beginning, but it’s not like there was no swelling at all, so I think even the residual swelling will slowly go down over time. I hope my nasal tip doesn’t drop, but once the swelling goes down, will the nasal tip drop a lot too?
