When I first gathered information, there was a lot of talk about calcification side effects, but I heard stem-cell fat grafting is much safer, so even if the price went up, I definitely looked into stem-cell fat grafting. With regular fat grafting, people talk about an engraftment rate in the 30% range, and PRP is more like a booster shot, so it doesn’t actually raise the engraftment rate. A shorter recovery period than implants is a big advantage, but what’s the point if you have to undergo surgery multiple times? The hospital where I had surgery had a principle of doing it in one primary surgery, and they were confident in the engraftment rate. Since it is a hospital specializing in stem-cell fat grafting, I could feel that it was more specialized than other liposuction-focused hospitals or hospitals that also treat other areas. I heard the director also continues to research steadily and has received proof of the SCI engraftment rate? as well. They also said the hospital itself only performs two surgeries a day. Even compared with right after surgery, I don’t feel that the size is disappointing or lacking, so I think they had reason to be proud. I think you should be a bit careful with hospitals that just inject a large amount. I’m happy to have breasts that are so naturally pretty and truly feel like my own.
