I recently had buried suture double-eyelid surgery. My doctor said that if it lowers later and comes undone, he won’t remove the thread. Instead, he would just set a higher line from that same state and do revision surgery right away. Among people who had revision surgery after buried-suture double-eyelid surgery, is there a case where they just left it and had surgery again at a higher line without removing the thread?
