Everyone, can I get a refund??

I had nose surgery with silicone + cartilage in mid-May... I developed inflammation at the tip of my nose, so I had removal surgery in early July I took medication for about 5 weeks that other people would normally take for 1 week... I went to the hospital every week to check my condition faithfully... At first they said, 'Since it’s the area where cartilage was inserted, it’s a place where inflammation doesn’t easily occur, so let’s watch the situation while taking medicine... it might just be redness because the skin is tight...' but... after a month and a half, pus came out and they confirmed it was an infection.. When I asked why the infection happened, they said, 'During surgery not enough blood drained, so blood pooled at the tip of the nose (when blood pools, it rots), and that caused the infection...' -_-^ The feelings I had while thinking about reoperation were too painful to even put into words, but I endured it and followed along well because I wanted to become prettier. After the removal surgery in early July, I had surgery again at the end of July. At first it didn’t hurt at all, but this time I almost died. The director disappeared somewhere during the surgery, and by the time the anesthesia had worn off completely they had stitched me upo (I left the operating room after 4 hours) I thought, 'As long as there’s no inflammation, I don’t care about the shape of my nose... I can’t do this ever again.' But.... As the swelling went down, my nose... I don’t even know what this is, whether it was raised or not... The important thing is that my nose turned up, so it became a pig nose. I thought it would gradually come down, but it’s almost been a month and it’s not coming down at all; it feels like it’s going up even more --^ Everyone who sees it says, 'From the front, you can only see the nostrils,' and the stress is driving me crazy. I’m thinking of going to the hospital tomorrow... can I get a refund? Of course they did the reoperation for free... but if you think about the 3 months of suffering, the medicine costs, the taxi fares back and forth, and having both ear cartilages taken out.. I want compensation too, but at least I want the surgery fee refunded?? I’m thinking of going to another hospital for reoperation It’s a famous hospital, but I’m so upset I could die~ Whether they really thought I would like this nose when they did it like this... sigh... Even if they did it for free with this shape, nobody would do it~
