I live in Ansan.. I went all the way to Suwon, which took an hour.. I had silicone put in my nasal bridge, my nasal tip cartilage tied, and ear cartilage inserted.. But.. I thought it would be sedation anesthesia.. then they said it would be local anesthesia, so I got nervous and went onto the operating table totally scared..ㅡ.,ㅡ They turned on the radio for me.. so I was a little less nervous.. At first, the nurse disinfected my nose and trimmed my nose hairs. The doctor kept shaving the silicone to fit my nose,, They said they would do the ear first... The anesthesia was really.. amazing. Since they were cutting out cartilage.. and it was near the ear.. the sound of cutting cartilage was really intense. It didn't hurt.. but that feeling really can't be put into words.. And just harvesting the cartilage from my ear took about 20 minutes... After doing local anesthesia in about 4 places on my nose, they put in the silicone.. Reading other people's posts, I had gotten scared because someone said that during local anesthesia, it feels exactly like a fishhook is lifting up your skin.. It really feels exactly like that.. But anesthesia is only for a moment, so don't be scared.. I already had some nasal bridge height.. so they said they put in 3 mm only at the glabella area.. and a little under 2 mm on the nasal bridge.. But.. when I looked in the mirror before they put on the tape.. it wasn't that great,, More than anything.. my nose is wide, so I really emphasized to the doctor that I wanted my nasal ala to look slimmer.. But my nasal tip and nostrils look almost the same as before.. Maybe it's because of the swelling... The doctor and nurses say it's pretty.. but somehow that sounds like they're just saying it out of politeness.. I'm so upset,. I wanted a slimmer-looking nose.. I'm depressed...
