Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Third revision surgery. And depression..

What on earth should I do?? At first, my nose was built up in a straight line with silicone all the way to the nasal tip, so it looked very unnatural and my nose was crooked too, so I had revision surgery again last September. I had osteotomy, silicone on the nasal bridge, and cartilage. The result was that it became crooked again, and the skin on the nasal tip thinned so the cartilage showed clearly, making the nasal tip look extremely unnaturally round. So 5 months later, I had another revision surgery at the same hospital. It has been a little over 20 days since the surgery now. They replaced the silicone again and covered the tied cartilage area at the nasal tip with AlloDerm, so the part where the cartilage had shown at the nasal tip became a bit softer. But it became blunter. The nasal bridge and nasal tip do not connect naturally, so the middle nasal bridge looks sunken. Inside the nostrils, because it was done with an open approach, scar tissue formed on the columella, so the inside of the nostrils is a mess. Between the nasal bridge and columella, cartilage is also protruding, so it is a mess. When I went to another hospital for a consultation, they avoided surgery as if they had almost no confidence, since I had already had revision surgery three times. Other hospitals won’t even operate on me, so what should I do?? Today I went to the hospital and consulted with the doctor, and he said the sunken nasal bridge could be fixed with an autologous dermis injection or something? And he said he would remove the protruding cartilage and scars with a laser. Can protruding cartilage be removed with a laser? I understand that it requires another surgery. It was such an absurd answer. And my nostrils have become uneven too. My nose really looks like a beast. When I went to another hospital for consultation, I asked whether removing the cartilage and silicone would return me to my original nose, and they said that because I had so many revision surgeries and scar tissue had formed, it would not return. What should I do?? If anyone has had a case like mine, please give me some advice. Should I trust the doctor’s words again? And I feel like I’m completely losing my mind. I came home today and cried all day, so my eyes are red. I developed depression.
