Day 18 after full-incision surgery - concerns about asymmetry and swelling

I had full-incision surgery (fat removal) on February 19. For the first week, the swelling went down really well, but after that it has just stayed exactly the same >.< On the day I went to have the stitches removed, they said I didn't need to do warm compresses after the stitches were out, so I haven't really done them. Is that why the swelling is going down so slowly;; My right eye (left side in the photo) had the front part covered more even before surgery, but I thought it would improve because I had muscle strengthening done. It is still like this. In the attached photo, the asymmetry looks less noticeable, but in real life there is a clear difference in how much of the pupil is visible. Is it because the swelling hasn't fully gone down yet? Or did it become unevenㅜ.ㅜ They told me to come back 3 weeks after stitch removal to check the progress, so I think I should bring it up then. I have so many worries about this and thatㅠ.ㅠ I want to hear what everyone thinks.
