Hello, I'm a college student who wants to get double eyelids. I heard Mokpo is famous, so I was planning to go to Hong Eye Clinic. Is Hong Eye Clinic good?? And I heard that a famous doctor from Jangseong opened a clinic in Gwangju. They say if a student goes, it's 400,000 won, but I don't know where it is...
