The two photos at the top are before surgery, and the photo below is after surgery.. I did have some nasal ala, but my nasal bridge was really low.. so I raised it with 4.5 mm Gore-Tex.. The swelling is worse than other people’s.. so the shape still hasn’t come out well yet.. It does seem natural.. but I’m hoping it would be a bit higher. What do you think??
