I’m really making up my mind to do it this time, My side profile is slightly hump-nosed,,, I’ve been going around to several places for consultations, and at one place they recommended Gore-Tex, autologous dermis, and so on.. I’ve seen many people who succeeded with costal cartilage, so I’m thinking of doing that, but sometimes some people say the side wound hurts.. Is costal cartilage.. okay?? I really don’t know... I’d appreciate lots of advice from knowledgeable people and those with experience,
