Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

3 months after bulbous nose surgery.. I want revision surgery~

What I edited in Photoshop was raising the nasal tip just a little more. It has been about three months since surgery. Well.. the shape probably won’t really change anymore now.. Originally I had a severe bulbous nose and a low nasal bridge, so I had everything done: the nostrils, nasal bridge, and nasal alae.. But my nose isn’t as slim as I expected.. Friends I meet after a long time almost don’t recognize me.. But.. apart from all that, since about one week after surgery, I’ve been so irritated by the side profile that keeps bothering me. The doctor said my nasal alae had a lot of flesh and drooped downward, so the columella area needed to be brought out a bit, and that’s why I did it.. but it’s too much, so it looks just like a hump nose.. and compared with the nasal bridge, the nasal tip seems too droopy, so I’m really upset. The last time I went to the clinic was probably around 6 weeks after surgery.. at that time I said I really didn’t like it, so they did say that if I truly wanted it after 6 months, they would do revision surgery.. But I’m worried that if I touch it again, since I already have a lot of flesh, scar tissue might make it look even bigger.. And if I raise the nasal tip to match the nasal bridge, I wonder if my nose will look really huge again.. Or I’d rather lower the nasal bridge instead.. (The nasal bridge was raised with 3 mm silicone.) Doesn’t the overall line look awkward??
