I'm planning to have surgery this time.. My eyes are a bit small, and one eye has a fairly defined inner double eyelid, while the other eye has one that's barely visible.. And I also have some fat under my eyes.. But when I went to the clinic for a consultation.. they didn't really say anything about what they'd do with the fat, or whether it would be buried suture or incision.. Honestly, I had gone for a consultation because of my nose.. But they just said my eyes are small and the distance between my eyes is wide, so I needed to do it.. And I said I have a keloid-prone constitution, but they said surgery is possible even for people prone to keloids.. They said anesthesia would need to be local anesthesia.. Does it have to be local anesthesia?? If I ask for sedation anesthesia, will they do it?? And could I find out which clinic is good?? I don't know anything.. I also want to know which clinic is good for nose surgery.. And would it be better to do my nose and eyes together?? Or would it be better to do them separately?? Could I know how much it usually costs??
