I always just lurked, but I'm posting because it came to mind. ^^ I did it in August 2004. Honestly, I don't really want to recommend the clinic. Even though my eyes needed epicanthoplasty much more desperately than double eyelids, when I said, "Please do epicanthoplasty too," only then the doctor was like, "Ah~ right, I should do epicanthoplasty too" -_- The epicanthoplasty scar is subtle but still remains, and when I drank alcohol the scar used to get very red (less so now, though). Also, the line on my left eye is larger and noticeably uneven. Since my eyes had looked stuffy, I'm at least satisfied that my overall impression changed. There is no end if you get greedy ^^ Oh, the surgery marks don't show at all when I close my eyes. ^^ Looking at old photos, I can definitely tell I changed a lot.
