I have a short nose, and on top of that it’s upturned;; When you look from the front, you can see right into my nostrils; I heard that among nose surgeries, lengthening a short nose is the hardest, so are there any clinics that specialize only in noses like that? I live outside the capital area, so I have no information at all;; Those who know well, please think of it as saving one person and share some information
