Fat grafting,, I’m in big trouble

It’s been one month and one week since I had fat grafting to my cheeks and nasolabial fold areas, but the fat still hasn’t gone down, so I’m in big trouble. They usually say that around one month is when it looks the prettiest, but even at the one-month mark, I was so awkwardly swollen that I couldn’t meet people, and now, a week after that, my face still looks like a pufferfish holding candy in its mouth. I don’t know what to do I don’t even care if the fat just doesn’t engraft; is there any way to remove the fat quickly in a short time? For now, I’m dieting pretty intensely, going to the sauna, and continuously doing acupressure on my face, but if it keeps not going down, it will really be a huge problem. My family is in an uproar Please help me
