I had surgery because my worsening forward head posture and lower back pain had become unbearable. Before surgery, I was a 75G cup, and they removed 1.2 kg. The scars are pretty intense, but now that my back no longer hurts and I’ve gotten rid of the heavy lumps I had carried around my whole life, my satisfaction with the surgery is much greater than my concern about the scars. I’m in my mid-20s now, and I wish I had done it sooner. My back had become hunched like a hunchback, so I regret not doing it earlier. I’m not sure of my exact cup size now. A friend gifted me a bralette, something I never even looked at when my breasts were large, so I’ve been wearing it. I’m amazed there are bras this comfortable.
