For reference, I had liposuction above my nasolabial folds 2 weeks ago! The swelling had almost all gone down, but instead my nasolabial folds and under-eyes looked sunkenㅜㅜㅜ My face shape really suddenly looked olderㅠ
I was debating between Ultracol and Sculptra!
Sculptra has larger particles, so the effect seemed more noticeable, and I wanted definite volume, so I went with Sculptra!
I went to a clinic near Cheongdam Station, and it was really luxurious and nicely set up! Everyone was kind And it was expensive lololol
At first I was thinking of buying a 3-session package just for the nasolabial folds, but they took 3D images of my face and I consulted with the director,, and so many areas looked too hollowㅜㅜ So in the end, I decided to do the full face! I was debating between 1 session and 3 sessions, then went for 3 sessions.. and after getting it done, I thought I definitely need all 3 lol
Anyway, with Sculptra, the cannula injection itself contains anesthetic, so they proceeded without applying a separate numbing cream, but wow... right when the injection went in, it felt like the needle was grinding into every corner of my faceㅠ
I thought someone who isn’t really brave probably couldn’t do itㅠ
I’m usually pretty good with injection procedures, but I really hated this
I did a full-face treatment: lots in my nasolabial folds + under-eye tear troughs and front cheeks + slightly hollow side cheeks, and even the marionette area beside my lips
What’s really amazing is that I didn’t bruise at all lol

They said they put in as much as possible around the nasolabial folds, and right after the procedure it was very plump, but after one day the swelling went down completely!
I want a month to pass quickly so I can go get it againㅠㅠ lol
I don’t feel any nodules or anything at all, and it filled in so naturally that it was fascinating.. It’s worth the high priceㅠ
They said massaging helps prevent nodules and lets the collagen fill in better, so I’m tapping it often lololol
I feel like I became younger-looking in just one day. I’m so happy Thanks also to the person here who recommended this placeㅠㅠ
The area above my nasolabial folds where I had liposuction still looks saggy, and I think there’s still some residual swelling, so I’m planning to tighten this area with Ulthera in about a monthㅜㅠ
This clinic also recommended lifting the tissue above the nasolabial folds, but this place is too expensiveㅜㅜ I’ll look into somewhere else!
Anyway, I highly recommend Sculptraㅜㅜ! I’ll leave reviews for the 2nd and 3rd sessions too
