The bruising went away quickly, and the major swelling has gradually gone down. Now only the minor swelling is left, but maybe because I use my right arm more, the swelling on that side is a bit worse,, I’ve been massaging consistently, but it’s still hard to lift my armsㅠㅠ The hardened lumps formed on the inner side of my arms, so I grit my teeth and massage them. It’s still uncomfortable, but seeing how much thinner they’ve gotten makes me so happy!
