Before/after-after-after-after When I said I was getting breast fat grafting, I heard a lot that it usually doesn’t work well for people as flat-chested as me. Still, implants felt scary, and I really didn’t like or feel comfortable with an overly artificial shape I even like going to saunas, but with implants, it really shows on people’s bodies like, “I have implants!” I looked into stem cell fat grafting because the engraftment rate is higher and the results are much better, and I was debating between that and regular fat grafting. But since it’s my own body, I thought of course I should do the better option, so I had surgery with stem cell fat grafting. There were lots of other hospitals too, but I heard this place has a different surgical method, and during the consultation the consultant explained everything in detail. The consultants here were all former medical professionals haha Since she was a former nurse, I trusted what she said even more. There were really many places saying they do stem cells, but only one place had proven engraftment rates, so I decided with peace of mind. And there were a few preoperative care steps, and they said this method is a protocol that increases the engraftment rate. They said if you just increase the graft volume without this care, the risk of side effects goes up. Like, if fat just gets packed in without space, it can’t survive? It was something like that haha I understood it while listening, but it’s really hard to explain in words haha This part played a big role in choosing the hospital. I also liked that the hospital itself mainly focuses on stem cell fat grafting, and that they only do two surgeries a day. After surgery, they seemed really serious about postoperative care. It’s been over a month since surgery, and the feel has become soft as the swelling went down. It feels most like my own breasts when I lie on my side, because they naturally fall downward. The black bra below is a photo from the 6-month mark. The size engrafted just as it was, right? The hospital provides diet consulting, and I guess it helped. I’m posting this review to mark the end of the 6 months of care I received.
