It’s day 5 after surgery~ I think 95% of my swelling is gone~ hahahahahaha The bruising is now only a little yellow~ I think I’m recovering quickly; I did cold compresses consistently too~ But more than that, I drank a lot of red bean water~ I drank water boiled with red beans frequently~ I didn’t swell much and it worked well Many people only know pumpkin is good for reducing swelling, right~ But red beans are also very good for reducing swelling~^ㅡ^ Everyone, drink red bean water and reduce your swelling quickly~*
