I made a reservation and went, but waited 40-50 minutes. I had the consultation with a different director, not the one I had requested. At first, when I was filling out my personal information, a staff member read my personal details out loud even though another person was next to me, so I felt upset. I had also written down things like my medical history, but they asked me again out loud where the person next to me could hear everything. They even asked again, "What medications are you taking?" even though I had written them down below. The consultation with the consultant was clumsy too, but they pressured me to pay a reservation deposit.
