I'm going to remove my nasal implant (please leave lots of replies~)..…

I had three surgeries: nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nostrils/alar base. For the nasal bridge, I had Silitex, and for the nasal tip, AlloDerm. Right now the swelling in my nose has gone down a bit.. When I look in the mirror thousands of times a day, sometimes it looks pretty.. and sometimes only the nasal bridge stands out.. so thousands of times a day, I wonder whether I should remove it.. or just try to endure it.. At least when I had the bandage on, I could eat well, but from the day the bandage came off.. just seeing food makes me feel like throwing up.. If I force myself to eat, it feels like chewing grains of sand.. At this rate, because of my mental health.. no matter how pretty my nose is, I can't live like this... So I'm going to remove the implant... - Please reply only if you have experience removing implants - 1. I had three things done: nasal bridge, nasal tip, and alar base.. If I remove the silicone from the nasal bridge and the AlloDerm from the nasal tip.. Can I return to my original appearance?? 2. Many people say they return to their original appearance.. But I'm worried because I had my alar base narrowed... If I remove all the implants and only the alar reduction remains, will it look like it has been pinched with a clothespin.. or become an upturned nose??? * My original nose was not low.. The nasal bridge was average.. and except for having large nostrils, it was a nose I was satisfied with.. At first, because I lacked knowledge, I thought that if I had nostril reduction (alar reduction), of course I had to do the nasal bridge and nasal tip too, so I got the procedure.. The most important thing.. whether I can return to how I originally was.. Even if only the alar reduction remains.. whether it will look strange, or like Ms. Lee Hwi-hyang's nose, as if it was pinched quickly with a clip.. or look lifted or unnatural.. please be sure to answer
