I've never liked my cheekbones since long ago, but I've also heard that if you do cheekbone surgery, there can be a lot of sagging. If I do the lateral cheekbones and 45-degree cheekbones, will it sag a lot? I'm worried about exactly what I should do When viewed slightly from the side, it doesn't feel that severe, but when I wear things like hats, they don't suit me, maybe because of my cheekbones, so I'm worrying about it.
