I had always wondered why the typical appearance that happens after facial contouring occurs. The second photo is a surgery review from a stable hospital with all three elements: natural results, long experience, and safety. Looking only at the result, based on trendy standards it turned out well, but even though this person’s eyes were mosaicked, they seemed to have a slightly intense-eyed look. In that case, thinking about harmony, I feel some regret that it would have been nice to preserve a bit of individuality, like in the third photo. What do you think about this?
